Both fixed and mobile bearing options into a single integrated system.
The Monobloc tibia builds on the outstanding clinical heritage of the AGC - 98.9% at 151 years and combining this design with the Vanguard knee system makes it the ideal solution to the risk of undersurface wear.
The benefits include:
- Utilise the standard CR bearing, with a 3 degree posterior slope
- One piece tibial trials to facilitate intra-operative trialling and alignment
- Maximised polyethylene thickness throughout the articulating surface, whilst maintaining superior base plate strength
- ArCom™ direct compression moulded polyethylene for proven low wear2,3,4,5
- The one piece design provides resistance against micromotion between the tray and the polyethylene6
- Patella tendon relief anteriorly facilitates increased range of motion
- Tibial sizes 63-87mm
- Tibial bearing thickness from 8mm to18mm

- Finned and I-Beam stem options requiring only one additional instrument tray with the bearing trials
